4. Did my test text message send?


1. Hover over the yellow "Send SMS" tab.
2. Click on the sub-tab "Message History".

3. Look at your Message History.

4. Look at the "Status" of the message.

Does it say Sent?

  • Congratulations! Your message sent. If you haven't received it yet be patient. Sometimes, due to your network or phone signal, it may take a few minutes.

Does it say Sending?

  • This status should appear immediately after sending your message so if it has not already changed to Sent, hold tight! During busy periods it can take a few minutes for the message status to change on your account.

Does it say Failed?

  • We find that the majority of messages that fail to send are because you don't have enough credits!
