My screen froze/won't load. What do I do?


If your screen froze while logged into our website or while sending a text it is likely due to a problem with your web browser.  If you aren't already doing so we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser for the best results.


In order to fix the freezing/loading issue you will need to clean your cache

1) Log out of your Text Republic account.

2) Click here for instructions on how to clean your cache.

3) once you cleaned your cache log back in and text away!
