I'm pressing "Buy Now" but nothing is happening. What's wrong?

If you've got as far as the "Shop" screen and clicked "Buy Now" but nothing is happening then there is three possible issues and solutions.

  1. You haven't entered your email address on the shop screen. You need to enter your email address for invoicing purposes.
  2. You have a pop up blocker set up on your web browser which is preventing Stripe (our payments partner) from appearing.
  3. Your web browser cache is full (or near full) and needs to be cleaned. Click here for instructions on how to clean your cache.
