How do I add contacts using a spreadsheet?

Uploading contacts using an Excel spreadsheet is the quickest and most convenient way of updating your database!

Just follow these simple steps below!

1. Log in to your Text Republic account.

2. Click on the tab "Manage Your Contacts."

3. Click on the sub-tab "Add Contacts."

4. Scroll to "Option Two".

5. Click "Find File".

6. Attach your spreadsheet. Remember:

  • Mobile numbers must be in Column A of the spreadsheet.
  • There must only be one sheet in the spreadsheet

7. If you are adding contacts to specific groups then tick the group you wish to add them to.

8. Click upload!


Annnnnd! It's done!! See, so simple.
